  • @8moves Good call. I no do math good. Me lift things up, put them down.

  • @schnitzelmopi but your math puts it at 335. It would have to be 45 x 6 plates, plus 45 x the bar= 45x7 315, then a 5 on each side to equal 325 not a ten on each side.

  • @thedeem0N full-plates are 45 lbs. The bar also weighs 45 lbs. It's 3 plates and a 10 on each side.

  • Nice lift. Good form.

  • @thedeem0N ...unless it's 3 50-Lbs. weights on each side plus the 25-Lbs. Bar, cuz THAT would be 325-Lbs, but I did 375 "Military" Benchpress (so I'm told) but that was a machine w/ plates that I set to 375-Lbs. I'm a former motocross racer...& the thing I did that helped most w/ motocross was the Rowing Machine w/ max weight, & once I could do that for a long time (Like a solid 1/2-Hour without stop) that really cut down on something we deal with in Motocross Racing called "Arm-Pump"...

  • wait, wait, wait...this is probably a stupid question, but if that's 3 100-lbs weights on each side plus the 25-lbs bar, isn't that 600-Lbs...?!?

  • Nice bro!

  • Nice press, nice touch with the music and nice to see a good spotter.

  • looked easy
