a/n: miley is at her locker and she sees a person next to her.

miley: hi i'm miley cyrus. i'm new here.

nick: hey.im' nick jonas. sso how are you so far?

miley: im good but there is this jerk i met.

nick: ohhh. he might be my brother, joe. he the most popular guy in school but he is the biggest jerk. but i have another brother named.... *gets intrupted*

kevin: hey bro! whoa! you already got a girlfriend?! *looks at miley*

nick: uhh,no kevin. this is my friend miley cyrus. miley this my older brother kevin.

miley:nice meeting you. * puts out her hand*

nick: so can i see your schedule?

miley: um sure. i guess? * hands him her schedule*

nick: we have all our classes together.* hands her schedule back*

miley: cool. so see you around. ok?

nick: ya! see ya!!* leaves*

before class

a/n:joe is sitting behind miley. nick is sitting on her. selena is on her right.

selena: how are you? * facing miley*

miley:okay. you?

selena: good!

miley: cool!

joe: *looking at miley, thinking: dang! she is fine!

bell rings. teacher comes in.

t: popquiz today!!!

all: uuuugggggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

during the test-

joe:*breaks his pencil.taps miley on the shoulder*do you have a pencil?

miley: no now stop talking. you'll get us in trouble.

after the the quiz
in the hall-

joe:*comes from behind* hello!

miley: what do want joe? *turns to face him*

joe: i want you! *gets close to her*

miley: okay whatever!

demi:walks over to mileys locker to see her but stops. sees joe and miley* whoa!

miley: i know what you are doing and i wont work because i dont want to kiss you!

joe: *isnt listening, kisses her,deepens it and holds her tight and close*

demi: wow!

miley:* kisses back*

nick: *sees demi* what are you doing?

demi: look!

nick: *sees joe and miley making out* oh my god!!!!
