Thanks to ViV (on John Peel's Radio 1 show one Sunday) I once made the mistake of extolling a student; that finally finished a long awaited task, "Well, strap me to a tree and call me Brenda!" I was called Brenda for the remainder of the three year course and even now I get the odd phone call for advice etc. and still referred to as Brenda, after eight years. God bless you for laughter, Viv Stanshall.

@boutofsobriety yup I saw it when it was broadcast in 91...great to see it again. Cut My Hands is from Stinkfoot the comic opera, one of the few songs from that that have escaped into the wild...
