Playground Workout Day2
Exercises are performed with supersets.
(Supersets are two exercises performed back to back with minimal rest between)

1. Perform the Bear Crawl
Superset with Crab Walk
Sets 3, Reps Crawl for 50 Feet
Rest as needed

2. Parallel Barhand Walk
Sets 5, Walk to end and back
Rest as needed

3. Perform the Forward Sprint
Superset with Backward Sprint
Sets 3, Reps Run for 50 Feet
Rest as needed

Perform all exercises as straight sets.
Sets 3, Reps 10, Rest as needed
1. Burpee/Broad Jump
2. Dip/Leg Raise
3. Pull-Up/Leg Raise
