i've got a 1995 deville great car . that a dam sham you had to blow up a cadillac with 79000 mile on it . that model is good for at least 150000 with poor up keep

I got a 97 deville got it with 141 miles and runs like new they could have sold that 1 i would have bought it.

It's an incentive to get older, less fuel efficient cars out of the road and replace them with newer, more fuel efficient cars.

While that may sound fine and good, the bad thing is that they destroy the engines of perfectly good cars which may be used by those in poverty or that can't currently afford a car. They do that so that the cars may not be resold.
