Indeed sir. Whenever I talk to businessmen, it's frightening to me how they think. Comparing previous years performance is not a metric for the future, unless the future is exactly like the past. Money left on the table. Start looking at what's achievable and what's in your way. An actor doesn't recreate a winning performance because it doesn't work that way.
