  • Absolutely LOVE the song (not crazy about the video tho) - awesome, Beatlesque harmonies; sure wish I could hear it in concert sometime (hint, hint guys... Thursday would be soon enough for me LOL!!)

  • unfortunately, glen isn't with the band any more, so no chance in hearing it live. thank god for video! ;) (i agree it's a bit weak, but at least they did a vid for it)

  • This song is beautiful I remember this song being played alot at night at my house when 9/11 happen.Tommy is amazing.

Hey does anyone know what happen to Glen?

    He like vanished?

Next thing I know Rickys in the band?

  • glen left the band in 03 to pursue other interests. he released a solo album, WELCOME TO HOLLYWOOD on atenzia records, (which is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- check ebay) is a member of the band LIVERPOOL which performs at all of the beatlefests, and has performed a number of solo shows etc, in addition to his anual Xmas Xtravaganzas. if he comes to your area and you have an opportunity to see him, GO!!!! you WILL NOT be disappointed, trust me! :D

  • My husband and I had our first dance at our wedding to this song. It always makes my cry when I hear it.

  • This is classic Tommy Shaw. This is to closer to stuff like mademoiselle or sing for the day.

  • To je samo za mojga fanta! **

  • @veronica16841 is playing guitar. in the beggining you can see all five members of Styx. James is the one with the moustache.

  • Every girl's dream (not including feminazis).

  • Wow. I never knew so many people were such experts in music. Let alone have the ability to judge the worthiness of love ballads and the artists who wrote them. Cheer up, People of Doom and Gloom. It's a simple love song that has merit all its own. And a great love song at that. (My personal opinion inserted here. Nothing more.)

  • This song makes me miss my grandma, good stuff guys, thanks

  • At least Babe and The First Time had some rockin' electric guitar in it. Tommy Shaw has indeed encroached into Barry Manilow territory with "Yes I Can". I'm not criticizing the song- I like it, but I think Tommy was wrong for putting down Dennis's ballads when they were so great. Babe even gave the band their only #1, which means millions of people loved it! I'm surprised he would make such a mushy video and song after uttering those words about Babe.

  • For once Tommy has a romantic song of his own.

  • For those who didn't pay attention to what Shaw said about DeYoung's ballads... he said he didn't want to band known for just ballads like Babe, or First Time. He never said he didn't want to do any of those type songs. DeYoung and the record labels were pushing the light stuff so much that the harder rock songs were being ignored. But I would like to ask Tommy if he can say the word 'irony' sometime...

  • Great harmonies , this cries for an acapella arrangement

  • amazing song!
