SO. I started working on this video in the hiatus between 4x17 and 4x18. The song was perfect for Dan/Blair and I wanted it to cover the 4x18-4x22 arc so it was like a little project for me. Then Abusegate happened. And then the finale. And so it took me a while to even want to finish the video because I'm really over this show now. I have a few other Gossip Girl videos that I've been working on but they're all being put away for now until I can dredge up some enthusiasm. Sorry guys. :(

Also I've been really sick and having some major RL issues so I'm not sure when my next video will be but I'll try to get back into the groove of things soon. :)

Fantastic vid and I love the colouring!

...I'm kind of over Gossip Girl now (though I still love Dan/Blair) because I'm sick and tired of Blair being treated like Chuck's punching bag (emotionally and physically) and Chuck not only never, ever having to face the consequences of his actions, but also him somehow coming out on the other side looking like the *good guy* to the other characters on the show. I just... don't get it. Is GG the poster child for 'Go, Abuse, Go!' or something?

I really love the line of the song that said "I can be your man I'm strong enough you know I can" because that fits them so perfectly. I think Dan is strong enough to be Blair's man.

@catlinoconnor Really agree so much! If Blair and Chuck get back together I'm refusing to watch anymore simply because of them condoning an abusive relationship (not to mention attempted rapist and just not very nice guy). I really like Dair but I'd just be happy if shes not with Chuck

I couldn't agree more with anyone in the whole world. This show is dead to me.

I already didn't want to watch it anymore after episode 3.17, but now i'm never turning on my TV for it again, although i fell in love with Dan/Blair, seriously, i can't take it.

The writers make these abusements seem like "normal" and "ok" only if the couple is "Meant to be"? What the fuck? I've had expierences with abusive relationships. It's poison. And what i hate are these blind shipper-girls.

Gah, Dan and Blair are so ridiculously perfect for each other, anyone who can't see that is blind. Awesome vid btw, I love the use of Dan's quote from 1x04 to describe his relationship with Blair now. I would die if they actually called back to it on the show.

I love them so much and I love all of your videos. :D Especially all the ones about fandoms I know... :P Luckily I watch probably half or more of your shows haha.
