Yeah, but when i decided to read the manga, i had a few WTF moments, even during the period where the manga and the anime was the "same". For example Yoh's battle with Faust, or at the night before the second round (before they go to the airport) Anna ask Yoh if it's ok to sleep with him, (at that point i was like, "well ok, cute") but later someone at the airport ask Yoh about having a kid or not, and Yoh answers like "Well i don't know how to answer that", and i was like WTF!?

@Simmlex Agreed. Anime isn't always the mangaka's ideal. It's more of a "preview" to the manga, the manga is what the series makes money off of. That's why, like FMA, Shaman King started off the same in both Anime & Manga and then the anime drifted off completely from the manga. No matter how much people argue, Shaman King, KZB, and all those things are a lot better than the Anime, plot-wise.
