It can create any kind of Android App including Games.

AIDE and ANJEDI.

AIDE can open eclipse projects has online error checking and better code completion than AIDE, but it need more memory.

Both can create stand alone APPs.

No need for an Android version. There are already 3 apps for app development on Google Play. And i mean trough app development not like the many scripting systems avaible for android.
