There are different brands. The ones I have used are pretty sticky and work really well with paper. I haven't really tried it on anything else, to be honest. :)

I learned about the carpet tape at a card making class. Great idea and cheaper than so many other methods. Hope you enjoy it. Get the cheapest carpet tape you can find--hehe! :)

Carpet tape is a double sided tape that they sell here in the US for holding down small rugs to the floor so you don't slip on them. You buy it at a hardware store, home improvement store, or some discount shopping stores. :)
