Hi....May I make a suggestion ? Because you can still do so many things, have you considered Tysabri, the new drug for MS ? On YouTube there are some amazing stories over many months showing how these patients have benefitted, and even reversed disability (yes, they threw away their crutches, etc).
If you search here for Tysabri you will find them (people like Lauren, Vern, Don, spikegirl/Steph).
Also google for Tysabri User Diaries on the international MSRC site.
