Gameboy Advance emulator on iphone!

Sorry about the bad quality, my camera is not that great. I should also mention that my finger was obstructing the screen due to a bad camera angle, it's not that bad when you are actually playing. There is also an option to shrink the screen size so the buttons don't block the game.

First, you need to jailbreak your phone. Go to modmyifone for more info. From there, you can install the emulator with the "Installer" application.

Is there an option to disable sound output?

I know you could mute, but the GBA Emulators I've used for the PSP have also allowed disabling sound output all together, which i imagine might improve performance.
