Starting a Company, LLC Video: PET (Personal Educational Trainer) | LegalZoom

http://www.facebook.com/legalzoom Using LegalZoom I formed an LLC, I wanted to create a company that would help nursing students prepare for their National board exam to be certified as an R.N. I wanted to provide a service provide a service called a PET. (personal educational trainer). It was difficult providing this service to a nursing school as an individual and I need to incorporate. After working with Legal Zoom last year I was awarded a contract with a nursing school outside Boston. Their graduates were having a difficult time with the national exam to become R.N.'s. In the past year they only had a 70% pass rate. Working with the nursing program I was able to move their pass rate to 97%. That was a 27% increase over the previous year.
