Graham, a pro-life politician, is trying to get people to believe Mexican women 9 months pregnant swim across the Rio Grande north, or trek for days across the desert to “drop” the baby. A small number of women may come north in the early stages of pregnancy, but most of these babies are “Made in the USA”. Senator Graham thinks life begins at conception, so following his logic, if these children are given life by their creator in the USA, then GOD made them American citizens.
