Older pete RR in the complex (2610)

first off this driver is a dick, he threatened to call the cops and his boss on me if i didnt stop filming. wouldnt be the first time thats happened. and the only reason i did stop was because my camera died. but i love these old trucks, they have the clutch peddal so they can really move. the recycler was much faster than this guy too.
this driver did a lot of things wrong, he would double dump trash and recycle because he didnt feel like spreading the carts apart. and there not supposed to double dump for the reasons this shows. he smashes the crap out of the carts. as seen at :51 and 3:18 in both cases he smashes the carts after there empty. theres no need for it because they werent going to fall out. incase you didnt notice i dont like this gut too much. i go by a simple rule, your a asshole to me ill be an asshole right back. this guy actually had the guts to yell at me while im rolling the carts to his truck for him so he didnt have to get his lazy ass out. and when he did i happily rolled all the full carts right back where i got them, about 30 feet from the truck. ill never understand some people way of thinking. well anyway, enjoy the double dumping

I don't think I've seen a place with sooo many carts lined up in all the clips, with he exception on LA/Chinatown. This driver's fast and knows how to use the truck, I'll give him that. Though by what I've seen him do through this video, he's also a terrible driver... you should've been the one threatening him lol Hope you can get more footage of this truck or another! How old is this one / the others too?

haha yea ill be back there for sure. these trucks are probably early 2001 ish. there the first Petes republic began buying. just after the volvos (which i was hoping to find) but i think are retired. next time i go ill take pictures of the lines of carts, one was 40 carts long :D

40 carts -- all from houses?! I know of one massive collection from an apartment in my council... there are 60 x garbage bins and then there are about 50 or so recycling bins lined up for collection; used to be done by ASLs, but now RLs -- aiming to get it on video one morning =]

you think the cops have better things too do than bother you ive had too deal with customers that dont like where they leave the bin or they have 2 bins and pay for 1 then bitch cause it didnt get dumped or they bitch cause they didnt pay the bill and trash is like falling outta the bin
