It's easy to say that the world would be better off without certain things, without killing, and lying, and much more, but you fail to see the entirity of it. Think of the buddhist philosophy of yin and yang. They are opposite forces, positive and negative, good and evil, right and wrong. But that does not mean one is inherently better than the other.
