Part 2 of 2. I have also had the privilege of PUBLIC "city insurance" that pays my bills on time, has no problem with providing me the medical treatment I need and that includes paying for my prescriptions and without dragging them to court to do so. Thank GOD I live in NEW YORK CITY and have that option, that many people in other states don't have. :)
