@NextGenerationMods Also, you should mention that at the Second Battle of Savo Island the USN routed the IJN and the only real fighting US ship in the battle was the Battleship Washington. As for the US joining the war earlier, you obviously no nothing about history (already proved that). US citizens were not interested in going to war yet. There was a desire by the government, but the population didn't want it. Also, if it wasn't for the US Britain and the USSR would have surrendered.

@NextGenerationMods Well...at Coral Sea the USN lost only one carrier (USS Lexington). The Yorktown was not sunk until Midway in June. And the IJN did have a carrier sunk. The Shoho was sunk .As for Iron Bottom Sound, please be specific. As for Iron Bottom, please be specific there were MANY engagement there. At the First Battle of Savo Island the Allies lost many ships (Australian ships were involved), but Japan also lost a battleship compared to nothing larger than a heavy cruiser by the Allies.

Let's not forget my fellow Brits that America did start each world war late but they did play a vital role. However my colonial counterparts must concede as it would be ignorant not to, that Britain made the country that you are as the technology that one us the war on the battlefield where technology counts was given by the Brits. Radar sonar the computer the Internet the cracking of the german code. The Brits also fought hard in the pacific to prevent the Japanese from reaching India. The fig

@henry101400 Thats right. British Commando`s destroyed the Hardwater facility where German scientists were building a Nuclear Bomb. They would have finished it long before America if it hadnt been for Britain. British scientists also helped America in building the Nuclear Bomb

@m2mihulja The USN never had 500,000 planes in the pacific. They didn`t have that in the whole war. They also had so many ships and aircraft because the US had been building tanks and ship starting from 1939 so they managed to stockpile weapons in case of war. Too bad they were late again. Where were America when the Brave British marched to war to save France from defeat and ended up suffering huge casualties. In WW2 America lost 432000 men. Britain lost an equal number in just 2 months in 1916

Royal Navy had 59 aircraft carriers and 3700 aircraft at the end of ww2.
