A short film about the enormous environmental damage that is done by the practice of gorse burning. Every year hundreds of fires are started quite deliberately. The damage this does to wildlife and wildlife habitats is enormous but the monetary costs stretches to millions of euro for fire crews called out to put these fires out.

I think Ireland people seldom plant fruit trees and what they live on is tourism. Too much rocky places. Compare with South Africa, it is safe place but not nice looking, not natural.If they burnt too much, becoming rocky ireland.
