How to remove the sim card from the Blackberry Curve 8900

It took me a while to figure this out!
I was ready to resort to levering it out with a blade or screwdriver which could have broken the phone, so DON'T use anything apart from your fingers to remove the sim as I expect it would be very easy to snap something.

Anybody try 8830? They reduce the opening area so you can't use the other finger to slide it. They really drunk at designing or maybe to give us more challenge in life.

THIS WAS SO HELPFUL! I actually tried to use a pusher to stick the sim out but it just scratched the phone..
