  • how did u get such a good recording?

  • There's a Java tool for replaying the drawing file, and turning it into an AVI. Check the Colors DS site for this.

  • do the videos end up being 500MB or so for you as well?

  • Yeah, they do. I converted this one to mpeg2 with Nero's video editor before putting it on youtube.

  • Ok is Colors a real program? like offical Nintendo DS or did someone make it?

I'd consider buying a DS if it's legite, but I've never heard of it.

  • It's a 'homebrew' piece of software, not authorised by Nintendo. You need a cartridge capable of transferring programs to such as the 'R4' cartridge.

  • Is kinda sad, because the Colors! java app is only compatible with Iphone and ipad and ipod touch, but not with other java platforms (like LG Cookie, Samsung, etc.)

You know, i want to record my drawings, but nooooooooooooooooooooo its only and exclusive for the "i" devices.

That, just suck, then why is "java"

I love my N3DS, and im waiting for Colors! 3DS

  • it's really sad that they stopped developing it for DS and continue only with iphone only :(

  • wait a sec this is a freaking doodle O.o

  • Could you perhaps upload Colors! to a 1 click hoster?

They have removed the official download from the website D:

  • OOMMGG, THATS AMAZING :'D

  • what version do you use?

  • @GXSCChater - Thanks, will try it out. =P

  • @Krisando this may be super late but the lastest version of animantee makes a great choice for sprite editing, zoom functions and grids with animation and a changeable pallete. It was made for animation but its perfect for sprite editing. Youll have to use the export AVI option then use a soft ware to export frames as bitmaps, or use a print screen and paste them into your favorite art program.
