The Lenape Regional High School District in Burlington County, New Jersey noticed an increasing trend of substance abuse amongst its students from their annual Violence and Vandalism report. The District Superintendent, Emily Capella, sent out a letter to the community to bring awareness of the growing trend. The letter received favorable responses from parents, community leaders and religious leaders.
