@4freespeech clothes aren't made that durable nowadays

Will this lovely little machine have a wasted spark system then? I assume so but do not know for sure.
-
Purring like a kitten!!! And no smoke..... Very nice!!!
-
Make it do work!
-
Put a muffler on it then I will like it more.
This IS a hit-n-miss engine.
The gov. just locks out the ignition though because the bushings in a Maytag must have the oil that is in the fuel.
This engine wastes more fuel than it burns.
Run a Maytag twin next to it.
Mufflers on both of them please.
My single will run out of fuel ever two hours on the button.
The twin I run next to it will run TEN hours on a tank of the same fuel.
I have a couple of each.

Don't run this in da hood, otherwise brothers will be trying to rap to da beat...lmao
-
I like that purring sound of the Maytag, and that it is a 2 stroke engine
-
Yes, they were originally used to power washing machines. Maytag also had a two cylinder version.
These really aren't hit n miss engines though.
-
my dad has one his doesnt run but we are trying to get it to work
Someone needs to use a 2x4 and pry against the flywheel, so folks can see how it works under a load.

@fishkiller41 How about hooking it back up to a
