  • Why do you keep stopping it the point is to find a way past the gate and keep the disc rotating.

  • @shiman6d look again, I don't know how else to say this other than "you're wrong"

it stops every time before he touches it. he grabs it because it goes backwards at the very last moment

I'll describe the entire process in extreme detail

he pushes it. it goes around. it gets to the spot it was at when he started it. it stops due to the magnets. it goes backwards 1cm. he stops it with his thumb.

look carefully. I know that's what's happening because I've seen these machines before

  • @super6plx he keeps thumbing it. it runs through twice at the end cause he doesnt stop it.

  • @deepfreeze202 if you look closely, he doesn't stop it at all, it stops itself. notice the last time when it kept going, that was because he pushed it harder and it spilled over into the next rotation and he couldn't grab it in time.

every other time it stopped before he even touched it, look closely

  • Yup, more nonsense.

  • I'd like to buy a vowel, Pat.

  • @hellman100 oh true, Im just wondering if having 4 of these linked together with the stopping points located every 90 degress, technically it should keep spinning, if so then you could have 10 linked up and possibly run a small generator :)

  • @87fcuktards One would argue that if the stopping point is at a theoretical 0 degrees, doubling the design would provide stoppage energy at two points, 0, and 180, rather than the one, 0, in this design.

I don't know. You can get magnets at the store or amazon. It's fun to build stuff like this, try it. ^^

  • @hellman100 but if the stopping point is 180 degrees opposed to the one on the other side it should still spin.
