my family recently restored a ser 1.5 etype 2+2 coupe from a lemon to a beautiful road going car. What really gets me bonkers, is people spending way too much money and never actually drive the car. It was MEANT to be driven and shown off. STOP LOCKING THEM AWAY TIGHT ARSES. Anyways we are now working on a chop top Mk V and we reckon William Lyons would be proud.

Well, I welcome fingerprints on MY XKE! And, not sad, per se, but every one of those poor fright pigs that *doesn't* get restored (ooo, LORD!!) means the surviving ones get more valuable: Go, tin worm!

Well done. Some of those cars I'd love to find, if only for some spare parts.

God that hurts to watch.

The MOT centre down the road from me had a Jaguar E type bonnet sitting up side down in a hedge, i presume the rest of the E type is probably in that hedge as well. probably behind the rusted out Austin A30

whats the song? It's amazing.

I would be the happiest man on earth if I found an s1 e type, even if it´s almoast completely rotten
-
This a real shame. Iwould gladly have accepted one of these before they were abandoned
