@Califacience it did but the clergy (the people in power at the time) saw that without sex kids wouldnt exist so they made sex only about procreation not pleasure. even lately pleasure is seen as wrong by both the catholic and protestant churches even masturbation is looked down upon. and if you thought that era look at modern day islam in the middle east where clitoral circumcisions are performed so women wouldnt enjoy sex only have it to procreate

@cyberslayer002 oh no doubt but the society tried to force that sex was not for pleasure at all just procreation and people who had it for pleasure were considered scoundrels but i bet everyone at that time had it for pleasure they just were not open about it

@thatdutchguy420 Sex was fine in those days, you just had to get married first. Premarital sex was what was considered wrong. And even though people were extremely prudent in those days, most people still got laid at some point in their life.
