This is just like the one that is available at Chili's. I doubt this is available everywhere, more than likely it's regional. It's super easy, cheap, and oh so good!! Let me know if you decide to make this also and tell me what you think!!

Sour Cream
Chives (optional)
Jalapenos (optional)
