Created a visualforce pdf invoice packing slip for ZenKraft's Shipmate FedEx Salesforce CRM system solution.

Shipmate is great it printable summary is for internal use, and since the client didn't have the budget for something like Kugomon. So I natively built a visual force pdf on salesforce that included:
Shipment details
Opportunity details including "details" large area field, formatted the amount and date fields.
Account details.
A formula that had originally totaled the amount from opportunity and shipping total from

This was all done on the professional edition of salesforce.com using visual force without classes.
