Russia and Venezuela have discussed the possible creation of a joint bank and an oil and gas consortium between the two countries energy giants PDVSA and Gazprom. The statement came during the meeting of presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Hugo Chaves in Russias Orenburg.

  • My, my how things have changed for both "allies". Chavez can't keep the lights on and Russia has alcoholism, AIDS and its population is in freefall.

  • PDVSA is hardly a giant nowdays, the company has been object of sacking by the goverment, also many able engineers and workers of PDVSA where fired becouse they exercise theire right to go on a stryke, well here are the consequences, Chavez is the opposite of king Midas, everything that he touches it turnes into shit.
