Dana De Nault, a graduate of MSPP's MA Program in Organizational Psychology: "The benefit of the education I got in the MA Organizational Psychology Program is that it allows me to understand the dynamics of business, the larger system, and it allows me to address all the issues in a lot more human way and more beneficial to all."

Dana is a 21 year veteran of California's Silicon Valley. He has provided documented leadership running global education services in the software industry, developing multi-party global partnerships and most recently, building profitable organizational transition programs in both large public and small private start-up technology companies.

Upon relocating to New England in 2009, Dana established De Nault & Associates, a consultancy dedicated to accelerating client's businesses and improving their workplaces through positive organizational change and human development.
