you're all so unaware of yourself. First you watch a movie like Zorba and you want to be him and you love him. Then you watch opposite character like James Bond and then you want to be him. There's no better and worse, is only different

This movie was so ahead of it's time. This is my favorite scene. Shakey camera & zooming out was rare back then. Captured the others confusions. Captured Zorba's mad genius.

When Anthony Quinn stands on the table and says "Mana mou" with that look, right there he has captured Byzantium in his soul. You can't teach that in acting school.
