Frank Lloyd Wright's USOIAN concept of the 1930's influenced the "simplication" of the assembly of home. An Energy Star, hurricane and seismic rated compcat abode was assembled at the U.N. in NYC. By employing building integtated (BIPV's) in the production stage, results in an affordable Zero Energy Home in msot latitudes. Components for 1500 sf (139 sm) abode fused with BIPV can be fabricated in 20 man-hours. Assembly, also in man-hours.
Most home designs shown in the video have lots of glass but lack any solar shading. It takes more than thin SIPS panels, lots of glass and photovoltaic roofing to make a zero-energy home. I see no resemblance to Frank Lloyd Wright's imaginative Usonian home designs.
