There's NEVER been a shortage of min pay jobs...just a shortage of people who'll take them (why would they, when they can earn almost as much on welfare and not work at all?). The fact is jobs beget jobs. the more well paid consumers there are out there, the more well paying busy jobs there are out there. {cont2}
