It's 14.99 a month. It's not a lot and no, you do not need a Ps3 Subscription. It's 14.99 a month, if you go out to lunch everyday save that 7 dollars and pocket it for it. Ultimately the game will last longer than your lunch. Its not as if the creators wanted to make it P2P, when asked they hung their head down like CRAP, people are going to not want this. But think about it, they are ASSURING monthly updates with maintenance and constant additions to costumes & maps.

@TheElementalrocker1 i mean its worth it because that $15 a month is paying for future upgrades for the game, a better online service, future dlc's for the game, and making the game better and better, its an mmo and a very big one so $15 a month is very average for mmos and its really helping the game overall be better, but i did hear somewhere we might not have to pay $15 a month and just buy DLC packs off the psn which will be about $15 a pack
