  • The video never shows how to pack your tent. I cannot get my tent back into the bag and looking at his bag, there is no way his will fit into it either. "Pack your tent" should show how to pack your tent!

  • keep in mind for winter packing... a tent packed in the cold takes about 20% more space then a tent packed in a warm house. so for winter camping taking a stuff sac that can give that extra space when repacking the tent out in the snow. also keep in mind mold/fungus will literally eat away at your tent. dry it out as soon as possible. ---- technogearhead

  • why does he never put the thent in the bag???

  • Still trying to decide if I like or dislike this one. Some tips good. But I have to agree with others. Would be nice to see him actually stuff that tent into that size of a sack with the fly and poles already in it. Too bad there isn't a "Like-But" button.

  • @madders280392 how do you use the tent without it being on the ground?

  • @knykills ????? PVC? PVC splinters like crazy and is ruined in the sun, are you nuts?

  • This is one of the most anal and paranoid gear videos I have ever seen. I have folded tents for years and KEPT them folded for years and seen no damage. Shock chord takes years to go south, wet tents are mostly just stinky, I have never heard of a stake damaging a tent, and I have never heard of a zipper malfunction from sand, shake the thing out.

  • use pvc pipe for your tent poles and especially your spikes. it's a little more weight but half a pound beats punctured equipment

  • It would have been nice if he had actually shown you how to pack the freaking tent INTO the backpack!!! FAIL!!!

  • stuff that body boy!!

  • When its really raining try not to lie your tent on the ground for long. We did and the water made it about 10 times as heavy.
