Almond the cat never leaves his tree. He was born in that tree. Friendly cat was abandoned by his mother as a kitten after being born in a tree. Unique story. Cat was discoved in June. Green County, Wisconsin. Ron Venden Cat owner and care taker

and did it ever occur to you that it is not very good for a cat to spend all the time on a tree?! That one moment it can't succumb all the fantasies of the weather, for example (he will not be able to run away, because it is stuck here)..
maybe mentally he's got problems, has got his fears (towards climbing down to the earth).. but some people do not realise he needs help.

@lusienda ThX 4 posting the same comment twice. U ask did it ever occur to me that it's not very good 4 the cat to spend all that time in a tree? Well, did it ever occur to u that u r a dumbass? There is a video attached to this 1 explaining why that cat remains in the tree by a 'animal specialist'. Also, that it's not my G.D. Cat., & that cats naturally climb trees, & fire dept.s 'rescuing' cats for trees is a ridiculas myth promoted by tv. And u think the cat has Mental problems? Ha, Rich!

The funny thing people don't realize is, ..if they take the cat down, bring it to the pound, adopt it out, it will just return home, or climb and sit in another tree. Why don't people get that? Is it wrong for a cat to want to be in a tree? It's what cats do! LOL Silly people! They try to fight everything, include natural instinct & the impossible.
