  • FINISH HER!!!

  • This should be the occulocephalic test, aka Doll's eye's test. The vestibulooccular test is aka caloric test where you inject cold water into patient's ears and look for nystagmus responses.

  • lol @ cochra27

  • we have 2 reflexes here: vor, okr...the light was on, so the vor was up too

  • @E2qNX8btraQ3zRD6J7fc Exactly!! is the same reflex!

  • @ericcharng This maneuver is called Head Thrust test, described by MIchael Haymagyi in 1988 (Halmagyi GM, Curthoys IS. A clinical sign of canal paresis. Arch Neurol.1988;45:737-739.) In fact the occulocephalic test is really testing the vestibulocular reflex but a low frecuency. The caloric testing also triggers the vestibulocular reflex but in a very low frecuency. The head thrust test is a high acceleration test for the vestibulocular reflex.
