nice how about vocals?
-
@TheDantonable no its different than dubstep, its called fidget/jackin house cuz it has a rolling bassline n the rhythm flows faster. a better example would be "Hookeds - The Jackin (Kid Komas Remix)" check that one out

he said "there is no way to know exactly what the bpm is at any given moment" which is bullshit, to find the tempo of something you put it into a DAW that can work it out from the transients or you use a tap tempo function. and like i said unless it's being played by a live band it's likely to be one set tempo which doesn't fluctuate. perception doesn't come into it.
-
@urmumsbaps I think he meant that the perception of tempo changes constantly in a dubstep, which is sometimes true..
-
1:20 amazing!
-
It doesn't constantly fluctuate at all. In a mix maybe, but certainly not in individual songs. The only way that would be true is if it's dubstep being played by a live band. Or if a producer has gone out of their way to make the tempo fluctuate, which would be pointless and silly.

what did you use to get that bass and how did you do the beggining synth
-
tbh the bpms are perfect^^ maybe its 0.001 wrong but that doesnt matter because i guess he used the bpm scanner of ableton :D:D:D
and 150 bpm means dubstep speed*2.x
-
140 bpm is dubstep^^
ofc there is dubstep in electro house songs too, then its around 128 bpm or 130
Seems you got overly excited towards the end there. Lawl
