Gallipoli was one of the Allies great disasters in World War One. Gallipoli was the plan thought up by Winston Churchill to end the war early... Nobody is perfect. Britain was not ready for war when Chamberlain sought the agreement with Hitler - they (UK) needed time to arm...

There were no "Germans" living in Czechoslovakia. "Sudetenland" is an invention of the 20h century.

There were German-speaking people living in Bohemia, Moravia, Slovakia, and Ruthenia for hundreds of years under the Austrian, later Austro-Hungarian Empire.

To call them "Germans" is a crude misrepresentation. Besides, they betrayed their own country and ended up paying the price for it in 1945 and 1946.
