You guys dont even respond to your customers? We are the ones that buy these. Why start a YouTube page. Everyone look at the STANLEYS and KLEAN bottles since these guys dont care

@nightwalker2830 Amazon only has the 32 oz Backpacker model not the 38 oz. I spoke with the fine people at Nalgene and they said the 38 oz will be available in the future but they don't have a date yet. Thanks for the tip.
