Updated to Beta 3! (9-27-2011)

Deep in the Northwestern wilderness, the Reliable Excavation and Demolition company has discovered a veritable treasure trove of a rare variety of piezoelectric crystal: zinkenite! The Builders League United, not to be outdone by their rivals, set forth into this wild expanse in hopes of claiming rights to this new-found wonder--by any means necessary!

Is this designed for comp or pub?

It was designed for 24 man servers (but can accomodate 32 player servers). I would be interested to hear what comp players think though.

It would probably do fine as a comp map, but idk if 6v6 would think it's playable or not. Highlander definitely though.

Yes, I'm unfortunately out of touch with the competitive community, but I'd love to suggest the map to the right people in competitive play, if anyone could link me/get me in touch with someone to talk to, that would be sweet.

Oh my god... How long did this take?

The project lasted from about February up until this point, off and on, getting the map layout tested (which is the most time consuming part). Each stage is tested individually until it plays well, and that can take several months given that you have a good place to test frequently. A first version of the first stage was thrown away after maybe a month of testing, and I started over. From there things went pretty well.

Making new content and detailing takes good time too!

Hello there, my clan does play highlander and 6v6, our members are all interested in this map, so are our clan relations. We might do this map on our server to get it more popular if we get the permission. Also, we'll try some scrims on this map for both competitive modes. If it plays well, then we could suggest it to UGC's admins!
