JaceMan's Pre Tea Party Rant

I had fun talking to a bunch of crazy liberals on Twitter today who, for whatever reason, seem to think that freedom of speech only applies to them, and crazier still -- they think the government is actually looking out for them. That's preposterous, so before I walk out the door to head to the St. Louis Tea Party I wanted to both defend the tea party movement and pose the following question: "Why would ANYONE be opposed to it?"

The reason people oppose the tea party is because the tea party promotes curing the market failure of the GFC with the very instruments that caused it. Its like trying to cure my SARS by rubbing a vietnamese person on me.

I just want to let you know that I definitely agree with you. As of now, the Republican party sucks. But of course the Democrat party sucks even more. And I don't see how to liberals the term "fair" means "the rich pay more and the poor pay less". I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be the definition if you looked it up in the dictionary.
