I placed the link in the description box as to where I got the figure of $250,000 for a 600 sq. ft. unit at the Icon. I think that is ridiculous. Being on the outer fringes of the downtown area the tower offers some spectacular views of the downtown skyline but that is only on one side. Most units in this large complex do not have that view. I think people are paying for a location which is banking on becoming "trendy."

Chilling to think what happened back then to so many people who were domiciled in the so called 'adequate facility' spoken of in this video.
