Altanta Protest Arrests (DeKalb Police E.R.T.)

Both grounds on what they were arrested for wouldn't hold in any court. Freedom of speech is the higher right. And.. a protest/picketing isn't "door to door" and thus 15-241 doesn't apply. 16-68, i see no hazardous conditions. and the "legit purpose" would be to act on the right of free speech.

They realy tried to find laws to justify their arrests. 1st arrest, then find on what grounds???
