half of the things you said to do on this tutorial you dont do.. i think its a preety bad tutorial and i hope no one will learn from it beacuse the techniques here are wrong

Thank you so much man this really helped! I went from a slow hand flailing backflip were all I could do was land on my hands and feet, to a faster hands tucked to knees backflip and now I'm landing on just my feet with no pains like I was getting before. Turns out my tucks were way soft and my hands were not grabbing my knees at all, thanks again man.

now i can do a normal backflip! Is the technique and landing the same if backflipping off something? eg a wheely bin ?
