The year is 2011 so you prob updated your setup or not interested but you really should have bought an expensive speakers and connected them to your PC and ipod...

@VoLtrex31 Yeah i actually got some surround sound speakers and two 10 inch subs for my room, so im all set..and i have lots of other garbage like a second monitor and fancy printer and such

@grocer3 thx for answering. i have another question i have 1 stick of 4gb ddr3 667mhz and 2 stick of 1gb(553mhz) memory. will my computer be okay with this?pls help

@fujikenma07 if the 1 gb sticks are ddr3 then yes it will work...with the core i7 you need ddr3 or else it wont work. so you could run your computer off of the one stick of ddr3 if the 1 gb sticks are not ddr3

I'll explain it to you. You have a core i7 920. Which means an X58 chipset. Which means Tripple Channel memory. Which means 3 -OR- 6 sticks of RAM in your system. The only way you can have 4 gigs of ram is if you have (1) 2gb stick, and (2) 1gb sticks.Looking at your video, it's obvious that you have 3 sticks in your system. They make 4gb packs of ram, but that's 2 ram sticks. They don't make a pack where you have a 2gb stick and 2, 1gb sticks...... for 4gigs ram... jeez just look.
