sa mga syudad ganito ang trend, sa mga probinsya iba. why don't we below average people go back to agriculture?
even the poorest of the poor can have a creaive mind. andaming lata jan sa basurahan oh. lagyan mu lang ng lupa, magtanim ka.
sus, feed the poor sabi nila..you can't always feed the poor mamumulubi ka rin na nagpapakain sa kanila. teach and support..maybe if you try this gagaan ang problema.

In our yard, we plant amplaya. but how long does a fruit grow. can it really sustain the daily needs of a family? So it's easy to say plant in a paso/can.

The approach has to be wholistic. This NGO that produced is doing that. The program to educate the child labourers comes w/ also educating their own paraents and engaging them in microfinance and training on the condition that they bring their children back to school. Meanwhile, gov't has to address the problem of langrabbing and landlessness in the province.

hahaha ... but the intent of the question was to find out if they run for cover when it rains.. her answer meant hindi sila umaalis. nagpapakabasa na lang sila. u have to understand the answer in the context of her situation and not take it literally. that's waht happened to the payatas tragedy. despite the downpour, tuloy-tuloy pa rin sila nagkakalkal sa bundok ng basura.
