ADM Mullen asked a Rear Admiral in the Pentagon about what to do about VADM Joe Sestak when Mullen was assuming duties as CNO. The RADM said, "I don't know sir, but if you really cared you would have done something already." Mullen fired Sestak the next day....

I hope Toomey beats the crap out of Benedict Arnold Specter in the November. I know Democrats are naturally stupid and often the parasites of Civil Society but I can't believe that they are that dumb to elect a guy who was once a Democrat before he became a Republican before he was a Democrat again.

This man has no soul and is exactly what is wrong with this country. I respect Oba Mao and Nazi Pelosi more than I respect this fool. They're dangerous but they have chosen their side.

Most votes are unimportant. I would rather know how the candidates votes on important pieces of legislation like: Patriot Act and Bailout.

Arlen has left the GOP, but apparently the GOP has not left Arlen. It's the old Karl Rove technique of attacking a candidate's strength, in this case his military record.

Sestak's military decorations include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, two Legion of Merit awards, two Meritorious Service Medals, Joint Service Commendation Medal, three Navy Commendation Medals and the Navy Achievement Medal.

Specter did not serve in the military.
