Hey, I am a computer engineer and I have found this video and the old cartoon one quite hilarious. But It is not just Dell's Tech support that blows: All of them do, usually a Mac does not crash quite as easily, so I will not put Apple in the same league. It is quite true that getting your computer fixed if it um, bites the big-one. Oh... FYI, do not buy that stupid third party warranty contract that they try to push customers into buying. It almost doubles the price of the machine.

You can't complain to Dell about problems with Windows. Try Linux if Windows doesn't satisfy your needs. The stupid bill is 5 grand. You could buy about seven computers for that much. Thats crazy like a fox.
